David Purser Principal, NCARB, LEED AP

As Principal, Dave will oversee all phase of the design and construction process for your project - from initial concept to close-out.

Dave has extensive experience with the design and construction of a wide range of project types such as retail, commercial, single family homes, and worship/assembly spaces.However, his greatest expertise lies in multi-family residential projects. He has been involved in the new consruction or renovation of over 1,000 units.

Dave possesses in-depth knowledge of several accessibility codes including the Fair Housing Act Guidlines (FHA), Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and ICC/ANSI A117.1 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities.
